Anonymous Devotee from USA says: Om Sai Namo Namah!! I always believe in God, but I became a Sai Baba devotee for the past 6 months. Sai Baba blessed me every single day of my life. Before 6 months, I was having abscess on my back swelling, redness and terrible pain. My husband took me to the clinic and doctor said that I may need a minor surgery, but I was not satisfied with her answer because this was the second time I am suffering for the same problem.
I and my husband felt helpless. I cried a lot. He tried to convince me, but I couldn’t. Then we got appointment with the surgeon. He said surgery is must; otherwise I will be in trouble. So the surgery date was fixed. I don’t know what to do. We came back home. Still I was not convinced same spot, same method of surgery by same doctor. I was totally in a confused state, but something was telling me that I shouldn’t do the surgery. So I did tell my husband that I don’t want this surgery. He was confused too.
Then I called the nurse and told her that I do not want the surgery and I would like to meet the surgeon again. She did not accept first, and then she accepted and fixed an appointment. We met the surgeon. He gave two solutions one is surgery and other one is consulting the specialized doctor. Thank God he gave us some hint. So we decided to change the hospital. My husband did lot of research and enquired few friends and finally we got an appointment in different hospital after 14 days. I was under lot of pain, but was mentally strong.
Then we went to that hospital. I was really scared and worried. Doctor has examined me and he pulled the old hospital visit records and asked me to go for MRI scan, so that he can decide the treatment. I was literally terrified. I was really angry on God for putting me in such a situation. The doctor came up with a treatment plan with three choices. He himself can’t decide which treatment suits me until he examines me thoroughly under anesthesia and depends on the MRI results. We accepted and surgery date was fixed.
We stayed in a hotel and that day night I was just scrolling my phone and looking at the pictures. Suddenly I saw Sai Baba’s picture, which I have saved earlier. I have been to Sai Baba’s temple in India. My grandpa was a devotee of Sai Baba. I have heard a lot about Sai Baba, but I didn’t had that much belief. But after seeing Baba’s picture, I was feeling confident that everything will be fine. I started chanting Sai mantra and read Sai Baba Ashtothram by browsing in Google. Next day was my surgery. I went to the hospital and they started preparing, took vitals all set. I was only thinking about what could be the MRI results. I was praying to Sai that everything should be fine.
I was in the surgical room. It was scary to see the room. I was under anesthesia and got up after an hour. Meanwhile doctor had spoke to my husband regarding the surgery. They shifted me to the room I saw my husband with a smiling face. He said everything went fine and I am perfectly alright. See Sai Baba’s miracle. He saved me from trouble. Doctor said three treatment plan, but my case was not what he expected. So they just did a minor procedure to clean up the abscess that’s it. I was sent to home the same day with some medications. My husband took care of me really well. I was able to do house hold works within 2 weeks by Sai’s blessings. Doctor was surprised that the wound has healed in less period of time. Thank You Sai Baba for being by my side.
After few weeks, I went to Sai Baba temple. There was Sai devotee distributing Sai 9 Thursdays Vrat book. To my surprise, I got one book. I didn’t care to see what’s written in that book, but one day suddenly just took the book and started reading. While reading it, I have decided to do the Vrat. Meanwhile I have ordered Sai Satcharitra book from online and started reading it and then started the Vrat the following Thursday. Believe me before completing 9 Thursdays, I was fully recovered, and back in form. And few other miracles happened. My belief in Sai Baba has increased now. Not only this, He has blessed us each and every day. Baba’s quote “Why fear, when I am here”. So true, He will not let Hisdevotees suffer. Om Sai Ram!!
