Sai Baba Called Us for His Aarti

I am a devotee of Baba. Baba has given me many experiences in my life, but some experiences stay very close to our hearts. I started my journey with Baba in 2002, and from then on, there has been no looking back. Last year, in 2023, we went to Shirdi. It was the four of us: me, my husband, and my two daughters. We decided to attend the Shej Aarti, but after seeing the long lines for darshan, we dropped the idea and decided to sit at Dwarkamai for the Aarti instead.

My husband went back to the hotel, and we three were heading back to Dwarkamai. Suddenly, out of thousands of devotees, one devotee came to us in a hurry and offered us the passes he had for the Shej Aarti. There were passes for four people. He told us that they were not attending the Aarti, so we should take the passes and run quickly as the gate was about to close.

Without thinking, we just ran. As we reached the gate, we explained everything to the guard there. They asked us to come to their office. We went there and explained everything to the other two people standing there. They said this is not usually allowed, but since Baba himself had arranged the passes for us, we should run quickly and attend the Aarti. We ran, and as we entered, the gate closed. We were the last to enter as if Baba was waiting for us to attend the Aarti. We were crying tears of gratitude for our Baba. Baba hears the sincere prayers of every heart.

A Home for My Mom with the Help of Baba

I had never worshipped Baba until recently. I am not sure how I started worshipping him, but I began seeing Baba as my Guru, Sri Raghavendra. One day, I connected with a Sai Baba group to read the Sai Satcharita every Thursday, which became a turning point in my life. Once I started reading it, Baba gave me lots of advice, knowledge, and life lessons. One such piece of advice was the realization that I should buy a home for my mom, who is a single lady and had been living in a rented house since my dad passed away at a very young age.

Baba made me think it would not be advisable for her to remain in a rented house in her old age; she should have a permanent shelter. With this thought in mind, I slowly started discussing it with my husband, who also consented to my decision. We began looking for a house for her, but after three tiring months of searching, I broke down in front of Baba and asked why he gave me this wisdom if he couldn’t show me a suitable place for her.

After this breakdown, something miraculous happened. Just 21 days after I broke down, we registered a property, and within a few days, the housewarming was performed, and my mom moved into the house. According to me, this is a big miracle because it is almost unheard of to register a property in just 21 days without taking any loan. All the funds were arranged through Baba’s guidance from our own resources, and my dream came true. After this incident, I became a staunch devotee of Baba and see him as my Guru who guides me in my life.

Sai Baba is My Life Changer

I am working as a Physics teacher in Dubai. I don’t know where to start. Until 2020, I had never prayed to Sai Baba. But suddenly, one day, my inner voice told me that I needed to visit the Sai Baba temple in Mogapair, which was nearby. My husband and I went there. At that time, we were struggling due to job losses during the COVID period. After I received Sai Baba’s darshan, I began chanting his name all the time.

My husband decided to go to Dubai to find a job. He got a job with a modest salary and brought my daughter and me to Dubai. That period was truly horrible. With little money, it was difficult to care for my school-going daughter. We couldn’t afford much for her. As a mother, I felt very anxious. I started praying to Sai Baba day and night. One day, I saw Baba in my dream. The next morning, my inner voice said I needed to visit a certain school in Dubai.

I went there and gave my resume to the Principal. The next week, I had my demo. After two weeks, on a fine Guru Purnima day, I got a call from the Principal saying I was selected. It was a big miracle. Tears flowed from my eyes. That was Guru Purnima. From that day onwards, I have decided that I am nothing without Sai Baba. In between, I had many health issues, but all were resolved by Sai Baba. I will not say I am now free of worries. Yes, worries are a part of human life. But I am not alone. I have enough courage to face life because Sai is always with me.
